http://www.herback.net/

90% of design actually came from customer, they had domain for email and just wanted a small web presence.

I think it is great for their needs but thought I would see if any of you experts had any thoughts.

Thanks for looking.

Simple, effective, basic. Web-presence describes this quite well. :)
Yellow & black on white background, -good solid colors. Yellow/black is supposed to stimulate the greatest number of cones & rods in the human eye, making the visibility 'brighter'. That is why black-text on yellow background is often used for 'caution' signs.

No major errors or warnings. Fits my screen and almost-fits 800-width (small maybe 30-40px horiz. scroll, but no content is involved). I like the site.

Thank you Joel, I did not know that about those colors, I just knew I liked it ;)

I was shooting for 800x600 compatibility, looks like I didn't miss by much, I just installed an add-on for Firefox to change screen sizes and sure enough there is that tiny bit of horz scroll.

My monitors are 19" widescreen at 1440x900 so getting that add-on for Firefox will help me out.

Thanks again.

Which extension was it, if I may ask?

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1985

That is the one I just started using, adds an item to the Tools menu "Resize Window" which when selected opens a dialog box with buttons to change the size to any of these settings:
640x480
800x600
1024x768
1280x1024
1600x1200

I don't think it is the only window resizer available but it's the one I found when browsing through the hundreds of Firefox add-ons.
