Hi,

Please don't take this the wrong way but the design is terrible; to be honest one can't really call it design as that implies that some effort has been put in to the concept (a green box with a picture does not constitute design).

Have a read of http://designobserver.com and www.webpagesthatsuck.com.

Finally look at some good design: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2006/12/19/50-beautiful-css-based-web-designs-in-2006/.

You have a very long way to go before your design skills are up to scratch.
