CSS & Joomla Image Pro

I have the unlimited licence of Joomla Image Pro (flash gallery program) and I tried implementing this between a header and nav bar. Not it sits there fine, but with different browsers and different resolutions, it changes size, will be longer then the page, shorter, etc. How can I get it to stay in one fixed position for all browsers etc. Here is the link:

If it helps, it's a FLASH player, it just needs to be locked into one universal position!
