template problem help!!

i'm still very new. i created my homepage, then saved it as a template and made editable regions and created 12 more pages from that. everything was fine but now whenever i open any of my pages my background images aren't there and my menu bar is just text, when i go to page properties though it says the background image is there, how is that possible? is there any was to fix are reverse what i've done? please help. thanks

oh, and my pictures are nothing but grey space with an icon of a 'broken page' ..if that helps.

It probably indicates that the paths to the images used for the menu bar and the other images are not relative to the site. In your defined site, click the Advanced tab and select "Local info". Then set "Links relative to" to document.
