It looks nice, just a few things:

1. You don't need your URL at the top. It's already in my address bar.
2. You have a nice color scheme and then ... the Google ad shows up. It just distracts from the rest of the site.
3. I would put your logos and graphics in the same layout as the rest of your site (and any other page on your host also).

I would edit your google ad colors to blend in with your site, also you can perhaps shorten your navigation bars to line up with the google adsense format (either 160 wide or 125) for a neater look.

My wife always told me that brown and gray do not go together and I have begun believing her.

You're not gonna like me for this critique, because I know the hard work that went into creating what you have... but you are almost there, don't despair!

If you want to tweak your google ad colors to match your page, the easy way is to use Firefox and install the colorzilla plugin. This will give you the HTML codes for all the colors on your page and then you just plug them into the google adsense customization interface. Easy.
