ASP form sent in Excel format to e-mail

I am looking into any way I can create a form to e-mail results in excel format that I can pre-format. Let me explain why... I have many clients that want to receive quotes for service by e-mail from their webpages. BUT!!!! they must be in excel format, due to their quoting system. Can this be done? Either in CGI, ASP, or any other form. I have been able to edit the form in CGI but can not get the format right.
