noscript and css

Hey! How's it goin'?
I'm new to js, and new to this forum, but I sure hope someone can help me.
When I disabled javascript in Netscape 4.7 it also disabled all my css - which is used throughout the 9 page site. The link to the .css is outside the javascript of the page.

I have made a splash screen to autodetect javascript-enabled browsers. When a js-enabled browser comes into the site, the css is still not working! (But only in "Nutscrape" as a friend once called it.

Please somebody help me out here.

Just for the record, NS7 handles CSS far better than IE6. NS 4.7 won't handle CSS very well, but then, IE4 wouldn't either...
