Not bad.

You have some grammar errors.
You should also go "which" hunting. (removing extraneous "which"es)

My suggestions:

I would move your content closer together and get rid of the long scroll between content. It's like making me walk from the far end of the parking lot.
I would put padding in your textbox (More on Branding). The text comes right up to the edges of the box. Not good.

Grammar sins:
A new company which established early 2008, we have a simple approach;
Suggestion: We are a new company, established in 2008, our approach is simple;

MORE on Branding

i like it.

a few pointers adding to what donatello said:
the background should stretch all the way accross the screen. Im using a 1600x1050 display and its only in the middle. make the image about 10px wide and just repeat it using css. it looks odd having a nice background in the middle then just a plain grey colour at the edges.

other than that then top notch!

@donatello:

Thanks for the advice, my grammer is terrible, its been corrected now, cheers :D As for the spacing of the content - the reason it is like that is to do with the nav menu, each section has an anchor, and a piece of javascript that causes the page rather than jump straight to the section, it looks quite effective with the spacing when the page scrolls, however if people are mostly going to scroll down the page rather than use the menu then i am better off moving the content closer together. what are people more likely to use, scrolling or nav menu?

@tehashman:

The way i have designed the page (rather badly in retrospect lol) is that the whole background is one large image, which is also what gives the content that white border. I have now increased the size of that image to 2000px, which should hopefully sort that.

Also has anyone tried it in both IE and firefox? Ive developed it using firefox to preview it, but i had a look at it in IE8 and it doesnt quite look the same, anyone else found this problem?

Cheers again

Dan

if people see a nav bar they usually assume that it takes you a different page that holds the content.

if a user sees that the site scrolls they will think that all that content is part of the same section until they go back to the top and select a different link.

you dont need such big gaps potential clients would look and see the gaps and think it looks a bit amateur (no offence) i know i would.

if you have no scroll it makes the user put in less effort having to navigate around and more effort into reading whats on screen.
