Displaying Online From Results in an Email

I have createad an online form with quite a few questions. Once the form is completed, it e-mails me the anwsers formated using a template file. Is there a way I can tell it to display the anwsers to the online form questions in bold or itallics in the e-mails?

I would just like to make the results more readable for people.

example:

Q: What is today?
A: Monday

You can if you are sending the message as HTML (using a "text/html" Content-Type mail header).
