Hey guys,
I just put up some new designs I'm working on. I'd like your opinion for some of them:

All of your designs, while graphically rich, aren't going to reproduce well on the web. If they do they will take way too long to load. Try to look around the web and view source code of sites you like. You'll see a lot of the graphics are actually repeated backgrounds rather than full images.

Your designs are very blendy; Why not pick a more simple color scheme and stay away from blends? Blends are notoriously hard to reproduce on the web as well for the reasons stated above.

Powerpoint is not a design application.
This is hilarious. :)

Also I think natobasso is right. This style is more suited to print. I can almost always tell when I'm coding up a site I didn't design whether a print or web designer made the mock up because of this sort of thing.

I can tell where you're struggling and it's in balancing the weight of the compositions. The blending is helping guide the eye around where you want people to look. To get past this barrier without blends you need to explore some more muted color ranges to achieve the subtle pops of interest that exist in high-level design. Maybe you could start with just creating a collage type header to create some interest versus wrapping every edge of every element in something new.

Nice Designs, Try to put such images which can be repeated in the background

However some images like header, logo should be there in full size, the body of the page should be HTML so that search engine can read it, images can't be read by spiders

Actually they can and are regularly. Use alt and title tags to best effect. Alt being for folks with special needs, title being for google/seo. It's flash that has been unreadable until just recently:
