error on netscape

trying to send letter on quick letter writer to e-bluey (bfpo.org.uk). It says my letter has been sent, but does not show when I access my account. Computer states there is a problem and tels me to go to javascript. Do you have any advice on what can be done with my problem ?

unless you show us your code as well as the error its rather difficult to even visualize that what is your problem
