How do I use SSH Shell as an FTP?

I currently have SSH Secure Shell/Secure File Transfer, how exactly do I set it up with a website I already waiting, as in use that as a FTP? :confused:

If you have ssh (secure shell) access then you may also have scp (secure copy) but FTP will be the better choice if your operating systems are different. If this is an ISP-hosted site then talk to your hosting service support for exactly what's available.
