Link On same folder didnt work out

hi guys and gals...

Over the Navigation from Javascript Source
The Code of Super Edition Menu
http://javascript.internet.com/navigation/super-edition-menu.html

e.g
AddMenu("3" , "1" , "Enquiry" , "" , "" , "Enquiry.html");

the e.g i put above doesnt work....but the html is in the same
folder as the index.html

i suppose there isnt a need of putting ../Enquiry.html ,right??
but the link wont work.... but of cos for web URL can work

but when comes to html file...it cant work

i hope someone could help me with this asap
cos i m half way through an assignment...
i will be glad if someone could help me
