Link report tool?

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to search my site for a specific URL but I need to be able to search through HTTP and not just a normal text search on the source files. I was hoping to find something that would act like a spider so I could put in the URL string I want to find, point the tool to the homepage and then have it crawl it's way through the site finding all the matching URLs. Some of the matches could be in <select> values or javascript functions so the tool would have to accomidate for that as well. I would also want to restrict it to my domain.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
