Is it very hard to get my site indexed by google. My web http://www.upnlab.com has been online sice 12 weeks... and nothing. I submit my site once a week and everytime I updated it.

I also have a robots.txt and its meta tag.

Does any one know what else to do?

Do not submit your site more then once every month at most. When engines see sites that often they will sometimes just delete them from their que and not even bother to look at them. You have to wait a really long time before you can get them to look at your site again after this happens. By the way this should really be posted in the general section.
