Sorry, I'm a newbie and my javascript is not enable. How can I activate it?

Please describe it easy for me, english is not my mother language.

Click on tools which is located at the top of your browser. Then click Internet Options, once there click on advanced and look through there and you should find it if I'm not mistaken which I could be.

In the advanced options:
JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (requires restart) should be on (tick in box)

Look in Tools > Internet Options... > Advanced
In the sub-heading Microsoft VM is JIT compiler ..

But there is no JM or JIT-Compiler in tools-internet options-advanced.
