New to Forum...Need help. Please

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and am looking for some help on a project that should be simple. I am just an artist that knows little html...and am re-building the co. I work for website. Here is what I am trying to do.

It's a wide gif so you may need to fit to screen.
I am trying way tooo many file formats and not getting results I want. HTML (tables, layout grid...), DHTML, CSS, XML/XAML, ConceptDRAW....and more.
I promised to be finished by tomorrow.UGGH!
Please help and advise.

You just need to add a colspan of 4 to the bottom looks like and then add either valign="top" to the textual cells or apply a custom CSS class with vertical-align set to top.
