Framed page/Background image/resolutions

My index page is a framed page and two of the frames the backgroung images have to line up perfectly. At 800x600 screen resolution the backgrounds in the two frames line up perfectly. But when I go to a larger screen resolution the background images do not line up. How do I fix this?

Note: I use Frontpage 2003
