how to expand and slide the content across the menu

hey guys
I am writing a page for my team's faq page

I got some of the scripts from a site

What I was trying to do was that left and right sides have tabs that the user could click on it

and once it is clicked, the content will automically slide across and expand

it's just the similar concept as in this

if you take a look at the demo scripts
There is a huge "table-script" and at the browser it cut off the boarder

instead of changing the width, I would like to make it happen via js and html (css as well)

I am unsucessful to achieve what I want to do...

so, what I want is really that, once I click on the tab, the content box will expand and push the other side smaller, so the tab-click-content will slide across and display in a larger area

yet, so far I couldn't do it myself, any suggestion or any 3-rd party will do it?

What I need is a pretty big content area, with at least 2 sides of tab
so far I have left and right side
if possible I would like to make 4 side top, bottom, right and left

I found dhtmlxtabber but as a free user I don't think the content can be display when I make 4 sides of tab onto the same zone...
