Script for "Save page to favourites"

I have been looking everywhere to find a script that will work in a Publisher web page so users can Save page as a favourite. Can anyone help please.

Publisher is not a Web development program. As for the script, you should be able to find them anywhere. But then, why not just let the visitor do it themselves? Those script were written when people generally didn't understand bookmarking.

Thanks for your reply. I had considered letting the user do it themselves. Then I wouldn't have to bother finding a script that works. My client wants it. Don't ask me why I am building a site in Publisher!!! Do you know any good sites that have free scripts that may contain this one. I have spent ALOT of time looking...if you can help...great.
