Does anyone know where I can get a search engine from to put on my site and is it easy to install?

http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Searching/Searching_Your_Web_Site/ - PHP scripts similar to above
http://javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/site-search.html - Javascript (not recommended)
