excel access database

Hi,
I have a simple html form collecting email addresses, names, dobs,etc.
I want to send this (upon user hitting submit!) to an excel or access database.
I believe ASP is goog for this.
Any idea's on where to start on this?

By the way, is the script written in VB or ASP. I notice references to ASP and in the language indicator it's states VB?
Could you pls clarify this one when you get a chance..
