I still use Frontpage 2003 and created (for the first time) a dynamic web template for a web page I was working on because it allowed me to do some things with a graphic and links on the hotspots. I saved it on my live web site and it works great in internet explorer, but when someone looks at it on firefox the whole page is the actual source code. Is there an easy and quick fix?

The main reason that Microsoft dropped Frontpage several years ago is that the web pages it produces contain a lot of Internet Explorer 6 proprietary coding that doesn't work on other browsers.
The way to get pages created in Frontpage to display at least approximately correctly in other browsers such as Firefox, Opera, and Safari is to not use any of the fancy features in Frontpage that are IE only.
