Navigation Suggestions?

Recently I did a large overhaul of my website to rid it of the flash navigation that I had previously designed (lots of problems with people not having flash and not being able to get around)
Now it is done using CSS and Javascript, but being the designer I was looking for an opinion - is it confusing, to small, etc.? Any comments or suggestions you have would be great.

You're site is inaccessable to the 13% of users who do not have JavaScript enabled. You need to make sure it works for those uses as well as others. What you should do is make the main link (not the rollover links) link to a page that they can use to get to the other pages. Right now, with JavaScript disabled, they really can't get much of your content.
