Scrolling Tables

I need help!!

I'm redoiing an old website and have designed it with tables. To make it look the way i want I need to be able to find the way to make them scroll.

I have seen a little bit of information about it but i can't seem to get it to work in my design.

If anyone can help and explain it in a easy to understand way I would be in your debt!!!

Try something like this:
