[RESOLVED] What permissions to use?

Hello, I am trying to make a file upload form and want to have people be able to upload any file they want. What permissions would I use to allow writing of the folder, but no execution of scripts?

If you're using Linux, you would allow them to read and write. Here are a few tutorials for Linux on file permissions:
