Declan1991 08-05-2008, 04:38 PM Page about Jesus (http://www.dokimos.org/ajff/) My eyes hurt after that one. rhsunderground 08-05-2008, 08:50 PM Page about Jesus (http://www.dokimos.org/ajff/) My eyes hurt after that one. accept seizures or be condemned! eloquentBohemia 08-05-2008, 10:16 PM Page about Jesus (http://www.dokimos.org/ajff/) My eyes hurt after that one. This is not Web 2.0, this represents "Web Too Oh! Oh!"  Design Sludge is now one of my favorite websites.:) Ness_du_Frat 08-06-2008, 02:50 AM Héhé, great website ! I just submitted a website to them... http://www.erkron.com/ (apparently, it's a writer's website... and he writes... books for children... ^^) \\.\ 08-06-2008, 03:27 AM LOL http://www.chopsuk.com/ made me chuckle. Given what they sell and to who they sell to, I think anymore colour may confuse them. mikegreenia.com 08-06-2008, 06:06 AM Héhé, great website ! I just submitted a website to them... http://www.erkron.com/ (apparently, it's a writer's website... and he writes... books for children... ^^) hahaha that one should have no problem making it on there. Scriptage 08-06-2008, 09:25 AM I miss sites like: http://ronoslund.com/, back when the web was simpler. Koiby25 08-06-2008, 11:33 AM Here's a "good" one. http://www.horserentals.com/virginia.html LeeU 08-06-2008, 03:22 PM Actually, craigslist.com is worse but is it gives the visitor what they want so it's very successful. Interesting how it works. wh666-666 08-06-2008, 03:33 PM It would be good if design sludge also had a link or a brief editors comment underneath of why they think the sites are terrible, beyond the glaring obvious (Like glow/rainbow gifs and poorly stretched graphics). Thankfully design sludge code validates, else that may be rather embarrassing. LOL http://www.chopsuk.com/ made me chuckle. Given what they sell and to who they sell to, I think anymore colour may confuse them. Whow, at first i thought this was a website for redhead hookers that want to advertise their "chops" for working class clientèle. I think if she came as a freebie with the motorbike id buy elsewhere. Mr Initial Man 08-06-2008, 09:41 PM For my design horrors, I go to www.webpagesthatsuck.com rhsunderground 08-06-2008, 10:52 PM For my design horrors, I go to www.webpagesthatsuck.com i thought the UNL architecture page was pretty cool. on a side note, my dad teaches in the UNL english department. their department page: not special. mikegreenia.com 08-07-2008, 03:29 PM this site is pretty fun http://cssfights.com/ binbin 08-08-2008, 11:43 AM ? - is cssfights.com fun or ugly? byez Ness_du_Frat 09-01-2008, 03:10 PM Found a really bish fish there : http://www.bernardminet.com/index.php The guy himself is almost a joke ^^ Used to be a singer in a children TV show. So funny :) I loved him as a kid. sexylips 09-07-2008, 06:14 AM thank you guys for posting the links... it was funny watching them, although I now it is not something funny but annoying. WebEmperess 09-08-2008, 07:04 AM http://www.lenhult.com The funny part is: He's developing websites. If you are interested in one you can fill in a form and mail to him. <sigh> mikegreenia.com 09-11-2008, 09:49 AM I just found out they are stopping designsludge.com Design Sludge was started mainly as a bit of fun, in the same vein as Web Pages That Suck. But having had a few emails from those behind some of the sites featured, I have to say I hadn't anticipated such a strong negative feeling towards the site, and in response to a very personal and very threatening course of action from one particular individual, I'm giving up on Design Sludge. For the small amount of light relief and amusement I was trying to pass on to other web designers, it just isn't worth the aggro. I offer my apologies to anyone affected, and hope that most of you can accept that it was never my intention to upset or offend anyone. I can wholeheartedly say I now deeply regret the whole episode. wh666-666 09-11-2008, 11:37 AM Whow, he never asked permission or made any disclaimers? Seems like he doesnt have much common sense, which is advisable if you're going to criticise others. http://www.lenhult.com The funny part is: He's developing websites. If you are interested in one you can fill in a form and mail to him. <sigh> Yea i had a little chuckle at that as well. Thanks for making me laugh. webdeveloper.com
