I am trying to extend my current form(from this wonderful site) to include the following abilities:

1- selections with price subtotal on right of item.
2- option of 1 out of 10 items(radio) with subtotal on right, I need to have around 25 selectable feilds like this.
3- a total at top and bottom of page that updates live as each item is selected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and depending on the extent of help, I can pay a small thank you thru PayPal.
