I realize you guys are proffesional's and will probably scarf at this question. I don't have the patience to learn html and all that goes into creating a web page. I've been looking at Site Build It (SBI) and it appears on the surface to look like the answer to my problems of getting a web site going. It seems they offer the complete package for idiot's. I figured you guy's would know the lowdown on this product. Would this suffice for someone in my position? What are the con's of usin something like this.

Thank you for your time, burtf

Ok there are a couple of things we need in order to answer your question.

1. what type of site are you wanting to build.
2. what is the link to SBI, I'm familar with site building programs however not this one.

Answer those questions and I'll be more than happy to answer your question.

Thank you. I want a site to promote local artist and crafters. I need to be able to link to quite a few pics of their items. I need E-commerce or some type of way to take orders and payments. I would eventually like to show some 1-2 minute video clips of their work.

SBI said to offer web hosting & building, marketing, domain name, etc. I don't know much about all this, except I don't wanna learn the hard way$$$

I hope the url works. I haven't had any luck finding a unbiased review of SBI. Is there somewhere this can be found?

Thank you for your help, burtf

Well Here is people that link to that site you might be able to find info there.

I love google... try it (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=link:http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Esitesell%2Ecom%2F)

As far as info about the server side program that does the site for you... the site says very little about the site really.

However look at the money back part of the site and if it doesnt work for you then leave the service and what not.

I would suggest going and buying the domain name on your own and not though them. Incase there becomes a restriction on the domain name you would hate to have something happen to that.
