Need help! Please!

I know I should read the FAQ and browse the pages for hints/clues to solve my problem. Please don't flame me for this... I'm in a tight spot and need help. I've attached a picture which (hopefully) describes my problem: I'm designing a webpage for a company, and I would like to add a finishing touch by adding a picture to the tab or whatever it's called in the web-browser window. Is there anyone out there that would be kind enough to help me with this problem? Thanks in advance!
