What program are they in?

I'm using Outlook express
Try looking in C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities
Once you get there, you'll see one or more folders with unique names. Open one, until you find one with content in it. Then browser throught Microsoft\Outlook Express and grab all the .dbx files. There should be one .dbx file for each folder you had in Outlook Express.
Then, when you go to import it, just use inbox.dbx and it should restore them all. Also remember to grab your address book, if you want it: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book
