Hello everyone,
This isnt specifically webdeveloper related but i hope i can ask this question here anyway.
For a client, i am developing a MS Word template based on their housestyle letterpaper. All elements are fitted to the exact measurements and position of the original paper.
Now here comes the problem:
When i print the file from Word, the printed version is an exact duplicate from the original paper.
But when i first save the file to a PDF and print it then, the size and positions are all wrong.
For example:
On the original (and the version printed from Word), the top-margin of the logo is 18mm from the top, left-margin: 25mm and the logo is 90mm wide.
When i print it from a PDF, the logo is only 85mm, top-margin is 34mm and left-margin 32mm.
I checked and rechecked all of the print settings in Adobe Reader, but i dont see anything that can possibly cause this to happen. My client has this same problem when printing the file, so i figure it has to do with Adobe Reader itself.
Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks a bunch.
