The first thing you see when you load the page is the advertising. Thats not ideal. Maybe get rid of two of the top ads, and if you need to, maybe add them further down on the page.

I think the menus are kinda lame, they are just grey with no hover effect and a boring font.

I would suggest a hover effect on the menu items as well. The top banner is a little clunky too, might want to re-style it. i like the colors though, they go good with your theme.
