How to slot in the html file to the button form

i got a problem here...
i m basically doing an assignment..
then i m using the form button
but over the properties only have submit,reset and none

problem:
--> how u link a html file to this form button

**Pls Reply asap...cos i have to hand in 2molo..

hahaha kinda desperate huh...so praying hard now
