The DHTML scroller is playing havic with <a href="page.htm#links>

Does anybody know why this works in IE and not in Netscape or Opera 7?

This is the page, click on "links" and hit a link on the left hand side. (http://www.soulcreative.com.au/clients/options)

Notice aswell that the frame jumps up. Can't figure this out either.

Any help will be appreciated.
