Duplicate Editable Region Error?!

I'm putting together a website in DreamWeaverCS3. I made a template and have been making each page off of this template. I added sound on MouseOver to the navigation buttons on the template after I had made all of my pages, and when I went to update the pages, every page worked but one. It gave me an error saying:

"There is an error at line 190, column 29 (absolute position 6464) of " long position and file name is in here ": Duplicate editable regions of name "doctitle". "

Now, the error message sometimes says editable regions of name "head" and the line numbers change around to. I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with this, and I just can't get it. Doesn't help that I am new to html and dreamweaver cs3.

also, at the top of the page when i preview it, it says:

the sound on this particular page does not work either. the navigation mouse overs work on the other pages, just not this one.

can anyone help me figure this one out? i don't understand why it is on this page and none of the others.

i have got the navigation buttons to make the mouse over sounds on the problem page, and now i realize what is causing the extra code at the top of the page. when i try to add the same sound to an image roll over on the page, the code shows up at the top and gives me the editable region error.

and thats all of got, how to fix it, i don't know. maybe that made my problem a little easier to understand. any help?
