I've been trying to get a full CSS nav bar working, to no avail. Here is the site:

Anyhow, the site will be very simplistic. Basically, a horizontal navigation bar
across the top, and then the whole are down below is for my writing. I'm
thinking of using a Flip-Book for the effect. Anyhow, the nav bar will simply
show the sections (NOT clickable) and the drop-down under each section
will list the stories (clickable, and will open the flip-book in the main area
below).
Should I stick with CSS, or just go a different route?
