DHTML Media Pop Up center?

The DHTML Media Pop Up (from javascriptsource.com) is positioned 'absolute' and defined 'by pixels' as default. Can it be made to be positioned 'centered' and still float over my form objects?

I have tried to configure the following files without result. The project is by emergency and every help is highly appreciated.

The configuring files are:

Pop Up config

cpw_template.js
