send form to email without any software

I have a problem that is i cannot send a form to my email without any mail application because when i do this and click on submit button then a window open for me and want to me to use outlook express

Now i want something like other website when you click on submit button , form send and say "your information sent"

Please help to create it (and i can only use asp asp.net and html pages)

first of all thanks for your reply and second i searched it but i found some wrong code or hard instruction to do it so i want your help can you do it for me?
