New account sufficient Priviledge problem

you already have an account, and each user is permitted only one. The other two accounts have been deleted.

i have created new account, but having that problem that i have discussed . Ok pleas tell me solution. or tell me how to create new account through which i m able to send new threads. Ok . I have this account which i have created on web developer. as well as on internet.com, but second account i have created only on webdeveloper.com Ok

As I stated in the post right above yours each user is permitted only one account. Your other account has been deleted.
