That's one of my future goals. I think I have a good design idea... but it'll be a while before I feel my skills are strong enough to submit one.

I have done one myself but it was just for fun and I did not submit it or anything.

I dont think I have it anymore. It was one of those things where I played with a couple of ideas and it was more of a learning experience for me. They provide the files so you are really just changing the css and images. I am amazed at what some people are doing.
