Website Designer Needed-You will get credit if you make it!

I need a website designer for my site. The user needs to be able to make a site using an editor.(similar to the one in this forum) I have put what i need it to do on my website. (http://www.DosWare-computers.com/forum/)Go to the site and click on the 3 stars at the bottom of the home page.
You will be taken to a site with a picture of the designer and what it needs to do.
If you help, i will put that you made it and a clear link to your site(Or e-mail address if you don't have a site)

I'll do it. In fact, I was making my own HTML editor and when I'm done I'll give you the code. I would like a thing that says at the bottom of your builder that this was made by me. I'm not really that interested in a link though.
