all about Iframes

Hello
I have been looking at some of the posts on Iframes, and people are saying they're loads better than frames.
But i use frames so you can continualy have a nav bar on a page, even when scrolling, which you wouldnt be able to do with Iframes.
Whats the advantage of them?

Look what I did on my site http://www.clanknights.vze.com, you still have the nav bar there at all times, just change the iframe settings to position it how you want it.
