help with a client, please

Hi,

I've built a website for a client, however, he also wants 4 pages where he himself is able to change things on his own without having to call me all the time to change things. So the question is, what website offers an easy way to mess with the page without having to get too technical? That he can do it from any computer thru the net, and that offers the following:


a logbook - where he can post different pictures and text every month

comments - left by users

appointments - users can set their own time and date when they wish to make them

games - people can go to that page and play games (also, where can I get games? easy children games)
