Prevent printing of navigation

I've got 50 pages that I need to be printable. The problem is that there is a big thick navigation which takes up half of the page consisting of about 50 links to these pages. Obviously I don't want to waste half of 50 pages by printing this, so is there any way I can hide this when printing, but view it when on the page?
