We have a prebuilt java applet that runs a webcam that we have at our airport. For some reason, it seems that the screen will not refresh the view when you move the camera to a different location. This problem only seems to be on Windows and not on Mac, so I wondering if this is a java version issue. This was test in IE6 and 7, as well as firefox 3 using java verison 6 update 7.
Any ideas what would be causing this?
