In the last few days, I have a new issue with Dreamweaver 8

Whenever I open any web page in Dreamweaver, I get the following error message:

The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
ASP.htm: has configuration information that is invalid
ColdFusion.htm: has configuration information that is invalid
JSP.htm: has configuration information that is invalid
XSLT.htm: has configuration information that is invalid

Since I am not aware of changing any code, I am at a loss to resolve this issure. The Dreamweaver tech notes were not helpful...except to suggest there may be some java script codes errors.

Uninstalling/reinstalling Dreamweaver and the 2 updates did not help.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks in advance!!!! Yvonne

Go to the Configuration Files in Dreamweaver. The file path, at least for me, is C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\configuration\Translators
See if the needed files are there. If so, open them in DW and see if there is content in there. Next, visit http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_19105&sliceId=2 to see if you need to empty the DW cache.
