[RESOLVED] Remote database connection

Hello! I hope you can help. I'm trying to connect to the remote database from my local computer but I get an answer.access denied. I wrote to the customer support and they told me I've got a problem because I'm trying to connect as a root.
How do I need to connect if not as a root?

It was MySQL. Thanks for trying to help, customer support has solved the problem already it was problem with the server.
