Need some recommended digital graphics websites.

Can someone point me to some digital graphics websites?
What I'm after is to get inspiration.

The kind of graphic I want ideally is a real photo that has had graphics added to it some how: i.e. a picture of a nice woman with swirls around or something!

I've googles and have found these:
