Have you ever heard of server side includes that - the customer can change the URL and title of the item that is called in? If I go to my site, I am able to do just that. Say the URL is www.site.com/product Happy Exclamation !.htm (which is the way the gal names things here, w/spaces, punctuation, capitalization, etc. all which drive me nuts, but works I guess..) -- I can change it in the address bar to www.site.com/productUNHAPPY product.htm, hit enter and the TITLE of the product (on the page) or the category page will then change to
"productUNHAPPY product" -- you can name it anything -- is that common??
We use a system called "universe" or that's what they call it, it used to be xircon...
What is going on here and what do I need to do to change this?
